These eyes are ocean's eyes.
magnificent pools of blue innocence and wisdom.
so you fell into them.
drowning yourself and tainting these waters...
and now I'm not so childish
you've made me sad and awkward
and I can tell you're not so lovely
when you bare bones that are honest
with cracks and missing fragments of a life
now showing in bright colors
And, oh, how you tried so hard to forget those blues...
those magnificent pools..
that are so honestly unlovely.
